Google Analytics tracks just about everything which happens on your website. Each of the websites we design will have Google Analytics connected to it. We email a Google Analytics report each month to all of our website clients. We encourage our clients to view the data and see how their website can be improved. A website is always a work in progress which can be added to and improved.
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION (SEO)
The great asset of digital media (websites, online marketing, Facebook etc) is you can track how well it is going. SEO is extremely relevant to how people will find your website in organic searches in Google. Brown Ink can create detailed search term lists for your website and then produce a report which outlines how these terms are ranking in Google.

It is not surprise to us that the most successful builders we have worked with see the value in professional photography.
COPYWRITING
Copywriting is a talent and even though we all type emails this doesn’t make us a copywriter. Funnily we tend not to have problems getting our clients to get professional copywriting particularly for websites. Most people really can’t write about themselves, so we get them to write down the facts and we embellish and refine into a communication which flows and is easy to read.

This is an area within the design process which is worth its weight in gold. Often overlooked or pushed aside as less important, project management is the single biggest reason projects are kept to budget and stay on track to meet deadlines.
