Austral Precast Invitation

When Austral Precast wanted to create some excitement around a New York themed party they where having, a pop up invite seemed the perfect solution. Everybody remembers the excitement of opening a pop up book, the layers of cardboard bursting forward, almost magically, to create a miniature landscape. However rather then the complicated pop up scenery that you remember from childhood, the simple construction and design of the invitation suggests an adult event of style.

The black and white colour palette creates an elegant refined appearance, the imagery simplified almost to the point of silhouette, yet instantly recognisable as the New York skyline.
